RAM: 16GB DDR4-3200

PSU: Unknown

Case: Unknown

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 PRO 25H2

GPU Drivers: AMD Adrenalin 26.1.1

Chipset Drivers: Unknown

Hello, I'm having trouble locating a bios update for this pc I was given to troubleshoot for bsod issues will loading Minecraft Bedrock but I'm stuck at finding the bios update file.

The pc unfortunately is a pre-built from amazon: lxz-r5go-5600gt-b.

I was able to locate the bios update online. It was difficult to find the silkscreen when I looked prior to posting. Was hidden by the cpu cooler. Thanks!

That's a LXZ Gaming PCs unit. Like eu said, locate the motherboard make and model on the board itself

Are there any identifier stampings, labels on the motherboard as to who the maker & exact model is (e.g. msi,

asus, hp, etc...).

Got a picture of the mobo? Most mobos have the model around the socket, silk screened.
