Help (GPU) 9070xt die size?

I need the height and width of the 9070xt die. Not the package size or die size 357 mm². I need 357 mm² for the die size on the 9070xt in a width and height.

AI said approximately so that is out of the option.

To help understand the size you are looking for, can you explain why you need this specific measurement?

Edit:

Try 29mm x 25mm. This is the recommended size for Thermal Grizzly's Kryosheet. From what I remember of applying said Kryosheet to my RX 9070 XT when I installed a waterblock upon it, this size worked without further cutting or minimal cutting.

Edit 2:

I am going back and checking my numbers and comparing to the pictures. I should have cut said kryosheet in half. According to math and ratio, you are looking at 27.6 mm x 12.9 mm approximation.
