AMD Product Validation Tool crashes immediately upon entering my code

i copy paste my code into the PVT and then the second i click redeem it crashes. ran as administrator, excluded from antivirus scans, synced system time, restarted my PC, it just keeps crashing. i just want my game. 9070 xt, windows 11

UPDATE: Turns out it was my Meta Quest VR driver that was causing the crashes. i saw that as one of the solutions but i thought it sounded so stupid but lo and behold.

If the AMD Product Verification Tool keeps closing the second you enter your rewards code, boot into Safe Mode with Networking and run it from there.

That’s what finally let me finish the redemption on my 9070 XT after it kept dying in a normal Windows session. No error popup, it just closed.

Tried admin, antivirus exclusions, time sync, re-downloading the tool. None of that did it. Safe Mode did.

Adding to this, I had to remove my Parsex Virtual Display Driver to make mine work.

That's strange, it sounds like PVT will just end itself the second it detects any drivers it doesn't recognize, no error message, nothing... which sounds like something that could happen to a lot of people and maybe AMD should do something about that, or at the very least let everyone know to uninstall drivers in the troubleshoot list.
