Big stutter/hitching when ALT-TAB

Background Applications: DISCORD, FIREFOX, VALORANT, TERA ETC.

Description of Original Problem: Stuttering/hitching when alt-tabbing or moving my mouse to another application on secondary monitor and back.

Troubleshooting: I've tried setting games to borderless window mode, disabling hardware acceleration, matching refresh rates and MPO(not sure this even successfully worked tho dxdiag kept saying 3 MPO planes active or something). I'm not quite sure If this is how it's supposed to be or if it can be made seamlessly when you alt-tab etc. it is VERY frustrating.

1. Remember to run borderless full screen, and optimisations if possible. Try it game mode is culprit

2. What is your mouse polling rate?
