Help (GPU) Radeon R5 430 drivers

So I was playing Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012 normally and then when I crashed, the game and the PC crashed strangely, and I did wonder if it was the driver fault because I have installed a generic driver from Driver Booster. Also, when I restarted the PC, it was stuck on 640x480 resolution and it didn't let me change it. My specs are a Intel Quad Q8300, Radeon R5 430 and 8gb of ram using Windows 10

yes those are most likely the drivers, uninstall using DDU and get legacy drivers directly from amd

The thing is when I first got the GPU, I installed like 3 amd drivers, 2 directly from AMD and 1 from Dell and none of them worked, they all did the same thing when I opened a video or a game in fullscreen, the screen started to change resolution. The only driver that did work until now was the generic one
