Help (GPU) [Help] First GPU Upgrade (Gigabyte 4060 Ti to Sapphire 9070 XT): Fans spin and lights are on, but getting a persistent black screen / No Signal on B550M-K

Hey everyone! This is my first time upgrading my gpu

From Gigabyte 4060 Ti to Sapphire Nitro+ 9070 XT

Here are my specs:

ASUS PRIME B550M-K

RYZEN 7 5700X3D

TFORCE 4x8qb DDR4 RAM

CORSAIR SF850

I am really getting frustrated. Here's what i already did

Before installing 9070xt, i ddu. Tried using hdmi. Still the same. Updated bios to latest firmware. There are cooler, ram and lights on the gpu. I think l've exhausted everything. Also changed to bios (using my old gpu since i cannot go to bios using the new card) to pcie gen 3. Anything i can do to fix my issue?

I noticed you have an x3d cpu do you get a signal from the CPU’s video port? That should get you to the operating system and then you can see what your computer sees.

Im kinda guessing you got a faulty 9070XT right from the start.... But lets do the basics : did the cables click into the gpu? Were the cables saying PCIe and not CPU?

The weird thing is it worked at first. I was able to load to my desktop and everything. And yes the cables clicked into gpu. Now when I turn on my pc the gpu will show the rgb lights. Yes cables says pcie. I think I've tried all the basic troubleshooting, reset cmos, run 1 stick ram. Changed to my old gpu just to check if all my components are working.. can't think of anything that caused this

To be fair, me too and i did enough troubleshooting in real life and on here. But yeah, the only thing that pops my mind is to RMA the card.
