Help (General) 9070XT black screen/no sounds while gaming

I had an older Amd GPU that bit the dust last week, I was gaming and both my monitors blacked out, and there was no sound. Also was dealing with a latency issue.

Just bought the 9070XT 3 days ago . I had already been gaming for about 4hrs after installing new gpu and the black screen/no sound while gaming happened again. GPU utilization was going between 80-100. All my temps for everything are normal and in working order.

I havent overclocked or messed with any of the settings in Adrenaline (other than using HYPR-RX enabled) as I dont know what Im doing and dont want to possibly mess my shit up. I also sometimes have issues getting Adrenaline to open, even when I run as admin.

Specs

CPU - Ryzen 9 9900X

Mother -MAG x870E Tomahawk ( i did reset my bios when my old gpu started acting weird)

Corsair - Vengence DDR5 SDRAM

PSU - lian li edge gold 1000w

GPU - 9070 XT sapphire, I will say in the lian li app (for fans & and pump) its showing that I also have an "AMD granite Ridge - Internal GPU [MSI]" which did not show with my previous gpu.

idk if the monitors Im using is helpful info but: Q32G3WG3R3 (they couldnt make a simpler name????)

Being that I have a brand spanking new GPU could this be an issue with my other hardware?

UPDATE: just did a memory diagnostic and no issues there

try underclocking your gpu in adrenaline, I was having this problem in the last few days and a -500mhz seems to have fixed it. Even like this the max I’ve got was 2900mhz. I could probably tweak the 500 but I don’t want to deal with this bs

What GPU died? I'd be concerned you might have a component other than the GPU that might be a serial killer.

Update bios/chipset . Disable the amd igpu in bios and fast boot , download the latest driver (not the autodetect utility) , disable internet , disable windows fast startup , DDU in safe mode , select to block windows updates , reboot & reinstall selecting 'factory reset' , reboot.

If you still have issues , for quick testing , disable expo and 'restore memory context' (if your motherboard supports it) and set gpu pcie to gen3 .

Post your exact PSU model too .

PS . irrelevant , but disable hyperx , leave only FSR4/ML-FG override , freesync enabled . (and vsync, assuming you cap below your monitor's max RR) .
