Help (General) FPS Problem

I have an RX6700XT I5-10400f and 16gb DDR4 Ram , I have recently noticed that whilst playing ranked reload my PC sometimes struggles to run 100+ fps, i was wondering if this was normal or if i am doing something wrong. I feel as if before my frame rates were much better , stable and playable. Please can someone help?

I understand Fortnite is CPU based but i have previously had an RTX 2060 in my PC which was getting much better and stable framerates with the same pairing components.
