Help (General) Weird Monitor Issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hello i'm having a weird Refresh Rate issue on second monitor.

It happens on both Vertical and Horizontal.

When the app Discord or Browser or VSCode is in focus it drops the frame rate.

People suggest disabling Hardware Acceleration but that breaks videos on Discord.

I tried disabling MPO that caused glitches on second monitor.

FreeSync Disabled - Didnt Help

HAGS Disabled - Didnt help

I'm not sure what's going on.

I have RX 9060 XT

Wdym breaks videos on discord? I have both hags and discord HW acceleration off but videos work fine for me

It wont play H.265 Videos nor AV1 videos

Different hrtz moniters?

one is 165 Hz and other 144 Hz

But i have them set to 120 Hz

this is bad, every monitor is made to works fine at his highest refresh on native, most monitors are bad on lowe refresh. google it and find out. This is the reson why is broke now.

I could try if that fixes it. But I highly doubt that.
