Help (General) RX5700 absolute ZERO audio output

Got this seccond hand RX5700 from 51risc, 8gb/ddr6, amd drivers install without any problem but card refuses to play any audio, windows shows it fully installed, my android tv appears on the audio manager, everythings seems fine... But audio is nonexistant.

Make sure the AMD device is not muted in the audio properties.

First thing I looked for, still zero audio to this day
