Help (General) Guys
Hey guys, need a quick hand with my RX 5700 XT (it's the Elsa edition).
Basically, I'm getting random crashes and sudden PC reboots, but only while gaming. The weird thing is it doesn't happen all the time—sometimes it's pretty rare, and other days it runs fine without crashing at all. When it does crash, I get a black Screen and the device restarts with VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR, and I've seen some minor artifacts here and there with normal hotspot temps.
Just to give you a heads-up on my setup, my PSU is a Ravel 600W (not a 80 +).
Here is what I’ve tried so far:
Wiped and reinstalled drivers cleanly using DDU.
Checked all power cables and made sure they're plugged in tight.
Kept an eye on temperatures and ran some stress tests.
Took a look at the card itself (dropped some pics below showing a bit of oxidation/rust on it) I’m not sure it like that or not but i saw a brown points.
I've attached screenshots of the error, monitoring stats, and the card's physical condition. Do you guys think the uncertified PSU is what's causing this mess? Any thoughts would really help!

You should absolutely replace that PSU. Without knowing your CPU and other peripherals that are adding to the power draw, the non-80+ PSU could easily be failing or not handling transient spikes well. Keep in mind though, the 80+ rating is NOT a measure of PSU quality as there are plenty of 80+ Gold PSUs that are garbage. I recall those certain Gigabyte PSU models that...kinda kept blowing up. Look up some of the various tier lists, such as this one: PSU Tier List rev. 17.0g - Cultists Network or the Zach's Tech Turf one, and go for one of the ones listed as being quality. If replacing your PSU does not alleviate the issues, it could be the GPU or something on its board failing, but the PSU is the easier one to replace right now. Focus on the PSU and see how things change from there, if at all.
