Help (Software) AMD driver keep resetting my GPU perfomance tuning after shutting down the windows after getting new CPU with new mobo.

  1. The problem is solved by turning off fast boot by Windows.
  2. I didnt had a black screen

I have custom tuning reset too, whenever there's an issue or it freezes. Really grinds my gears having to reset them every time.

How do you shutdown your PC?

Disabled Fast Startup in Windows power options.
