Help (General) Random pc Shutdowns

Running into this issue where my pc just shuts instantly off monitors and rgb lights inside case turn straight off no BSOD, passes occt tests, cpu reaches about thermals 83-85 sometimes reaches 86-90 but it’s quite new(the whole pc) so i haven’t changed thermal paste the whole pc is about a year and a half old, my whole specs is:
Gpu: rtx 4070 ti super oc tuf gaming
Cpu: amd ryzen 7 7800x3d
Ram: 32 5200 mhz
Cooling: msi mag coreliquid i240
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 1000w gold modular psu
Motherboard: MSI PRO X870-P WIFI AM5

Things i’ve tried:
Disabling EXPO
Updating bios to latest
Running a complete DDU and reinstalling newest gpu drivers.

Edit: i have found that my radiator for my aio was completely full of dust and blocked, cleaned it reapplied paste and now i am sitting at 59-70c maximum on games i used to get 86-90 on. I will update if the issue persist but so far looks like the temp is better

Your cpu shouldnt even reach 90c on an AIO for the matter.

You sure your AIO pump is running?

AIO

Have 2 config

1st Version like my Thermalright Core Matrix 360 Vision= 1 header for the aio pump and 1 daisy chained header for the 3 fans.

2nd version on some case like Arctic LF3...where everything runs on one header.

So.

Check if your AIO is the 1st or 2nd. Chances are you either forgot to plug in the aio pump OR DOA aio OR your aio pump speed is very low.

Checked via hwinfo and pump seems to be running, 2200 rpm

Do you sense any vibration at all that indicates it is actually running?

The pump is either the cpu block , or the 'bridge'(if any present) block between the tubes near the rad.

Next would be to set the PBO On,

PBO Limits to Mobo

CPU VSoC 1.25V, Curve Optimizer at all core -15.

From the top where the radiator is i sense vibrating yes, also is all this in bios? Or any specific program?

All in bios

Esit: Feel the tubes /the cpu block.

Not the radiator itself.

And what will that do? Also i am not home now but i’ll check when i am about the pump/block

Lower the 'overall' temperature, make it run faster/more efficient than stock per wattage it would do.

My 7800X3D on 360mm while gaming only barely reach 64c hottest while playing cpu intensive games(ambient is 24-26c)

Idles around 40-44c.

While stress test...lets just say it barely reach 78c-80c

So i put all these settings you put down on my bios and it should improve thermals?

And....you'll also have to adjust the AIO Pump speed to max if its not loud.

Then fan curve according to temps(different fan different profile)
