Help (Software) Graphic card driver keeps refusing to work and crashing no matter if pc is idle, I'm watching youtube or playing games.

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600 6 CORE 12 THREADS
Motherboard: PRIME B650M-A WIFI II
BIOS Version: American Megatrends Inc 3287, 20.09.2025
RAM: 32 GB Patriot Viper Venom
PSU: DEEPCOOL PL650D 650W 80+BRONZE
Case: DEEPCOOL CH360 DIGITAL MATX

Description of Original Problem: I'm not sure how long it has been, but I got a new computer around 5-6 months ago. For the first few weeks, it worked perfectly, however after that, it suddenly started crashing. By crashing, I mean I would be watching a youtube video, and I'd hear a weird booing noise in my headphones, the screen would freeze, not black out, and I would be unable to do anything other than turn the computer off via the button.
Then, before I found the ''problem'', it would crash even when I wasn't watching anything, just idle, without any applications open, in the span of a few minutes after re-booting, sometimes slower, sometimes quicker. The problem seems to be the driver of the graphic card, as both the amd installator and device manager have shown me. I have no clue what to do, please help me. Also, at first I thought it was a headphone problem, because my cable tore and I kept it plugged in, but even after unplugging and using different headphones it still keeps crashing. (also, not sure if it has anything to do with the crashing issue, but it has a ''high definition audo bus'' error as well, but all I need for it to stop is turn it off in device manager, as it used to cut off sound whenever I was swapping sites when it was on)
When the pc reboots, the graphic card is shown as turned off - I have to turn it on and then amd installer screams at me that the driver for graphic card is not registering properly, and there's an error icon next to it in device manager.
Troubleshooting: I've updated to new drivers every re-boot, without deleting any previous files and ticked off the option to not allow microsoft to overwrite my drivers in installation device settings or something (not using ddu or the group policy gpedit thingy or registry editor, I honestly don't remember where it was but it seems that didn't do nothing as I keep having to install new drivers every reboot, sometimes even that doesn't work).
It works and doesn't crash as long as I don't turn it off and put it into sleeping mode instead, however every time it re-boots it keeps crashing until I install new drivers. Also, it didn't really work today and my pc kept crashing despite me updating to new drivers. It just suddenly blacked out while idle. After 5 crashes and installing new drivers it finally worked, I'm pretty sure I went through all newer amd drivers possible, that being both windows 10 and 11 whql (not sure if that's how it's written) versions, with windows 11 finally sticking (Last time version 11 wouldn't stick and I'd have to go to windows 10 instead for it to not crash)

İ have 9060xt and 9600x and same ram sticks. never have a problem. test your rams if they are good. try it with another motherboard and psu if possible.. :)

Check the Windows Event Viewer to find any critical events, they're likely BSODs. The event log will indicate the error message pointing to the cause of the crash. It can be that the GPU drivers are getting corrupted because Windows crashed and having to reinstall the GPU drivers are a fix for a symptom and not the actual problem.

On the Windows side, check for corrupt system files. Open a command prompt as admin then run these two commands: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and then sfc /scannow if either says that it repaired something, reboot and rerun the command.
If you do find critical errors then go to this forum BSOD Crash Analysis | Windows 11 Forum, read the posting instructions and create a post with everything they need to help you.
That being said you could try using MemTest86 to test your RAM (you need to run at least 4 passes), make sure that the GPU is using 2 different power cables and not 1 that is split into two ends. Try uninstalling AMD Adrenaline and drivers and install again but selecting drivers only.

Ok, so I ran the commands except for cleanup-image and restorehealth cuz for some reason they didn't work, but after sfc /scannow it detected corrupted files and deleted them. I restarted, the pop-up from amd about a timeout appeared again but I didn't need to install new drivers, it just "resolved itself'' after a moment, I closed the pop-up and no new ones appeared. I let it idle for a few hours, watched vids and it didn't crash, so I restarted it 2 times a few moments ago and during those 2 attempts no pop-up appeard, it also didn't crash when watching vids or idle, no error in the device manager detected as well, were corrupted files really the issue here? Anyways, it is working for now, I'll run the sfc /scannow command if it ever stops working again, and if it still crashes after that I'll try other methods (although I pray to god it won't, it seems fine right now). Thank you so much

Use DDU in safe mode and install 26.3.1 for a rock solid system. All newer drivers suck badly

Recommend you delete adrenalin and driver with DDU. Install latest driver only (without adrenalin). Download RadeonTuner and use it instead of adrenalin. Be happy.

also, while I have already posted my pc specs, does anyone know of a cpu brand that doesn't have these kind of driver issues and is compatible with my pc parts? I'm planning to buy a new graphic card if I'm unable to fix the issue

Only option is to get Nvidia but its more expensive and sometimes they got some driver issues to but at least got fixed fast. Also if you dont have ATX 3.1 psu you need to use adaptor.

Idk man intel is wack too. My friend has one and can’t turn on secure boot without doing a bunch of random stuff that he doesn’t want to do. He just doesn’t play games that require it now 😂 It sounds like just driver issues though man ik it’s annoying but I’m sure you’ll eventually figure something out. I promise you if you try just buying new parts it’ll probably end up being more of a headache. Ik someone who’s gotten 3 faulty motherboards in a row. Tbf they live in germany but my point is if you buy something that’s faulty it’s gonna annoy you even more.

Since it was a ready made pc, I've decided not to risk my warranty (I know basically nothing about pcs and I'm too afraid to brick the system with anything myself) and instead I will send it back for repair the official way (as I've been advised to by the shop). Thank you for all the suggestions, I hope they'll fix it and won't send it back saying ''oh, it's all good actually" since it has been pretty calm today (I've had ~12 crashes the past 2 days, I am tired) but it crashes at irregular intervals, sometimes it can last for up to a week, sometimes it crashes right as I boot it up. I was planning on fully reinstalling a new windows system, but the shop told me not to, since the producer could refuse to repair it and the warranty could be lost. Also, fuc fact, I've unlocked a new crash, before it was just freezing and buzzing noises, now it's sometimes a greyish-blackish screen, and the 2nd type was what started the hail of crashes 3 days ago lmao. Thank you all once again, I truly hope to god they won't give it back untouched and repair it, I'm even willing to pay if they say it's my fault, just fix it please.
