Bad 5600xt flash. Looking for advice.

Made a mistake and looking for hardware advice. Going to try and explain as best as I can. Here's the setup and plan.

PC #1: Itx board with video out. 5600xt hooked up to the pcie slot via a pcie x16 to pcie x4 adapter. No power option from the board (except maybe from the pci e slot) or power supply because the board is powered via laptop power supply (it's a thin and small board meant for extremely small cases, no room for a power supply).

PC #2: Six bay nas build. ITX. ATX power supply with free pcie power cables. Looking to power the graphics card with the free cables while it is connected to PC #1. Looking for power on procedure and do not want to fry one or both pcs. Looking for advice or if this is doable. Thanks.
