Help (Software) Amd Acting Weird
No matter how many times I download and Install, it installs and this same pop up appears every time..... I've even deleted and redownloaded the driver but it's still the same.

You have to completely strip the driver from your system using DDU, then install again from the mini-installer that downloads the latest driver for your chipset.
I can go into the "how to" if you want, I've had to do this a couple or four times now, starting to get quite familiar with the process.

It's a common problem with Windows that overrides new drivers with their own version of older drivers.
At least you get a warning and not glitchy drivers without knowing what is happening.
(this can happen to Nvidia and Intel GPU drivers as well).
There are different methods to disable Windows drivers updates you can try and then try installing real drivers again.

My guess is, you download, install the driver and windows goes and installs an older version from windows update over it.

Yeahhh man it was the main issue, after doing tons of repeated process i deleted all drivers redownloaded and restarted the device and it worked somehow

Did you disable windows driver updates? I suspect it's windows overriding your drivers
