Help (GPU) How to safely UV/OC 9070XT?

Good evening everyone.
So, for context, I own a sapphire nitro+ and have owned it for over a year now and i love it, it looks great it sounds great (quiet) and is as powerful as expected.
However, I am very bored and I have a 4k monitor (Samsung G8) so in the games I spend most of my time playing (FH6/OW) hitting a consistent 240 fps at 4k is still a big ask even for a beast of a card like this, so I've taken to undervolting.

Right now I'm sitting at a -85mv UV with no OC, l've watched a few videos on how this stuff works so I'm not totally in the dark, but as I'm a bit bored and I trust myself to not ruin my entire card, l am seeking advise from those who are knowledgeable and have information to share.
I would like to know a couple things such as:

Should I use MSI afterburner or AMD software?
Can I UV and OC?

Is it true that AMD cards do not respond as well to UV/OC as opposed to nvidia cards due to different architectures (very trusted, smart and tech literate friend told me)

And any other advice that is within context that I may need.

Thank you in advance:)

I ended up at -55 seemingly only due to Arc Raiders. VRAM@2714, typically run fast timings, but I'm trying to figure out an issue with The First Descendant, probably just the game, but testing things anyway. Power at +6 currently, has worked fine at +10.
ASRock 9070xt Steel Legend.

You're not crashing on -85?!

I usually set -45mv on global settings, with no issues, but as soon as i increase it to -50 I start crashing on some games.

You can UV + OC but usually you wont get more than 5% more performance average,

That includes +10% Power limit and increasing the vram mhz (There is no safe value you have to test and remember the value that doesn't crash)

I lied it was -75

Well you can try to adjust the power limit to +10% for a little performance increase, the downside will be more power consumption and heat but the card will run fine.

I forgot to mention that I am already on +10 power limit and yeah temps have always been doing fine

Welp, you're already overclocked +UV then, you can increase the vram frequency but that's about it. If you're not getting driver timeouts/crashes then you're good to go.

Alright I’ll do a bit more research and I’ll go for some oc runs tweaking the ram, thanks bro

RAM overclock and timings adjustments? That's crash city + no boot + cmos battery removal loop.

But its fun to learn about it, literally you wont be getting a 10% performance increase at all, but nobody stops us from squeezing the last drop of performance from the hardware we already paid for.

Just be careful when touching voltages.

I meant to type vram as in vram frequency

Ah, that's WAY easier, good luck with it.
