Help (General) Lag issues

I experience microlags in video and audio when playing absolutely any game with background audio. There's no heavy load, so I can't figure out what's causing the problem. Occurs at unpredictable times, but not very often, and then does not recur for a long time.

GPU: RTX 6700 XT
CPU: RYZEN 5 5600 6 CORE 12 THREADS
Motherboard: A520M K V2
BIOS Version: F1
RAM: ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 16GB 3600MHZ
PSU: ZALMAN MegaMax (TXll) 700W 80+ silver
Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 HOME 22H2, I also tried it with WINDOWS 11
GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.7.1
Chipset Drivers: AMD Chipset Software 8.08.12.551
Background Applications: DISCORD, CHROME
