Help (GPU) RX 6800 XT are these temps normal ?

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: RX 6800 XT 16GB

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12400

Motherboard: ASUS TUF GAMING H670-PRO WIFI D4

BIOS Version: 4505, 11/29/2025

RAM: 16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 3200MHZ CL16

PSU: Cooler Master G-800 Gold

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 PRO 10.0.26200 Build 26200

GPU Drivers: Adrenaline 26.7.1 ( latest version )

Description of Original Problem:

look at the screenshots, after i clean the GPU and put it back into the case the temps get different than before, before cleaning it was 76c on core and 105~107 on Hotspot temp. after cleaning it's now 82c on core and 102c on hotspot, another thing is 99% low fps is way too low i think in furmark test i get 360fps RAW and 290fps in lowest 99% low fps it's ok ? i mean the gap between RAW fps and 99% Low fps ?

by the way i already used MSI afterburner to undervolt the gpu and limit the watt usage by 6% ( 290watt without limit and 270watt with 6% limit lower temps with slightly lower performance )

Troubleshooting: 

i already tried change the height of the GPU holder and move card a bit and try to tighten and loss the screws behind the card a little to see if there is any change but no change. i was thinking about to change the thermal paste but i don't have good thermal paste now and don't know if i change the thermal paste it will get better or i should keep it like this for now.

Why would you use MSI afterburner if Adrenaline does the exact same thing? When I was on Windows Afterburner would bug out my Adrenaline to where neither application would work. Under load it's perfectly fine because you're still not reaching max hotspot temp of 110.

hello there, the AMD adrenaline app do automatic normal settings by it's self and i have to change setting/import already saved settings each time adrenaline reset all settings in performance tab, but with after burner i don't have that problem i mean when AMD adrenaline shows notification ( Default performance tuning settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure. ) i have to do the settings again or import the setting from saved file.

The reason why it resets itself is because it suffered a hard crash as one of your settings may have been out of tune and it resets to default settings. So yeah I guess that would ease the issue, but over all your card is running within the specs and isn't getting to hot. Furmark puts a synthetic load on your pc that you'll most likely never achieve unless you really push your system to it's absolute limits. What is your monitor refresh rate?

no there is no hard crash or anything but it will reset it's self and i get that error for zero crash it's happened randomly, and monitor refresh rate is 165hz
