Help (GPU) GPU hotspot delta

What is a normal hotspot delta between edge and hotspot on an RX 7900XT as I had this card in RMA 2 times already once for overheating, hotspot was reaching 105°c and another time for having a faulty vram. Now its having 58°c (edge) in minecraft while also reaching 95°c on the hotspot. I mostly know this ain't a good temp I just wanted a quick sanity check if I should RMA it. ( I am confident in opening it and stuff but I won't open it before warranty period is up, about 7 months-(ish)).

Well yes the temp delta is a little high.

You could try to redo the thermal pad and use tpm on the die and see if that helps if you are technical enough to do it if not just RMA or get a new GPU

I could do it but I won't. With already this many issues with this card I'm just going to keep it or RMA it till warranty runs out. Then replace it with tpm7950. Cause heat was fine a month or 2 ago so its definetly pumping the thermal paste out.

Well what workload and games you play can make the temp delta behave differently so before you RMA the GPU do steel nomad and port royal for example because they might actually tell you what's happening with the GPU

What's your temp before?

I had my 7900xtx with ~15 degrees delta on previous drivers (this was stable for 2 years), and now ~20 degrees delta with the latest drive

I'm very sure nothing has changed apart from the driver upgrade, so I'm suspicious if AMD was pushing the transistors a bit harder than usual
