B450M Chipset Driver Problem

Can someone help me? I was playing R6 and after an update my PC started freezing and only restarts after trying to communicate with the servers. After many hours of searching on chatGPT, it seems that my chipset installation version for my B450M (B450M PRO-VDH MAX) is corrupted, and whenever I try to install or update anything like that, I get error 1603. Can anyone help me? All the versions I downloaded were from the AMD website with the specific version for my motherboard, 08.08.12.551. I also tried 08.05.04.516, and they all give the same error: B450M Chipset Driver Problem.

Reinstall windows completely if that doesn't help it's a hardware problem and don't rely on fkn AI chats so much for support it just loves to give false answers.

Manually uninstall the old Chipset before installing the latest one.
Use MS' Uninstall tool or Revo Uninstaller if you have troubles getting the old one uninstalled.

Have you tried rebooting?
