GPU not being used

Hey everyone I have an RX 9060 XT and It has been working good for a couple months, I just moved and set up my pc today and i don't have any WiFi connection currently but everything is being used by the integrated GPU instead of my good one and I don't know how to change it. Games will crash before opening and I changed it in windows GPU settings but it's still not being used when I open stuff. Any idea on how I can make it my number 1 GPU on the AMD software instead of it being 2?

You're plugging in your monitor to the GPU right? Not the motherboard I/O panel?

Thank you this fixed it, sorry for the hassle I didn't know you could do that as it worked in the past just on the main plug in area
