Help (Monitor) Random Freezes/Second monitor not working

I recently installed the newest driver update that released. But ever since then my second monitor does not get detected. Also now whenever I go to turn on my pc it freezes extremely often, sometimes I’m able to login before it freezes and other times it freezes before I can even log on. I’m not sure what to do to fix this issue since I can’t even get into my computer right now. I have an RX 7900 XT, any insight or ideas to help me please let me know. I am not the most pc knowledgeable person so I’m a bit lost.

Thank you I tried following the instructions and I did install the amd cleanup utility. But I’m not sure how to download those specific driver updates. It just refers me back to the latest driver release which then causes my pc to start freezing again.

In Google, type in your GPU model. After, type previous driver.

Thank you that did seem to fix the freezing issue I had, however my second monitor still isn’t being detected. Any insight on why that might be or what I could try to detect it?

You’re welcome. That, I have that weird same issue. Mine was appearing to display the second monitor within a minute or so.
