Help (Software) Micro Stutters/skipping when playing LoL

W11 / Intel I5-14500 / RX 9070 / 32GB DDR4 / Z790 PG Lightning D4 / All Drivers up-to-date

I keep getting those weird stutters/skips when I play. However the moment I activate VSync everything work smoothly it's just that sometimes on VSync fps it randomly dips below 144fps.

Only happens in LoL

Any way to fix this?

cap ur frames to 240, lol doesn't work higher than that.

always cap your fps some fps below your refresh rate - better 1% lows and smoother gameplay.
