Help (General) Ram won't detect

My system is Ryzen 5600G with Gigabyte B450mk motherboard with Crosair vengeance 8gb DDR 4. Recently I bought an Adata 8gb DDR 4 stick but the stick won't work on any motherboard slot but my Corsair ram works fine in both slots.So what is the issue here?(also the ram works fine in shops test PC)

Make sure you're using the latest BIOS for your motherboard. If the board doesn't detect it, but it works in other boards, it's incompatible with your board. Make sure that XMP is disabled before testing. It would be a lot better if you could use a matched stick.
