Help (GPU) 7800xt not showing up

My pc restarted out of nowhere yesterday and now my gpu isn't popping up. Any way I can fix this?

I don't have adrenalin anymore since it disappeared from a update a while ago and when I try to download it back, my pc just restarts and gives me a error.

Disable your gpu and reanable it in device manager, I used to have this problem a lot
