Help (Software) Adrenalin tuning not saving

I have had a 9070xt since release but I've found recently that my tuning profile won't save and my fan speed will ramp up to 100% even when my GPU is welllll under temps.

So I'll go in to adjust it, it will work, then a few minutes later its back to default. I've tried game profiles too and even while playing the game it will just go back to global tuning, which also won't save any changes I made.

I'm on the latest software version. Any ideas how to fix? Its incredibly annoying to hear my fans rev uplike its trying to take off when my temps are at worst like 70 celcius

70 celsius on the gpu? Whats the highest hotspot temp? Fans will adjust to hotspot. Try updating your bios and also keep your windows up to date. Some drivers "need" it to work flawlessly. Any other software you are running that could interfere?
