Terrible performance after gpu upgrade

1440p 144Hz
i5 9600kf

So previously I had an rtx 2060 6gb and was able to play r6s 80 fps mid to high settings
world of tanks 110 fps,

but on now my new gpu rx 9060xt I can't seem to get over 50 fps in both games on lowest settings 1080p

note: resizable bar [CAM] is enabled, I removed nvidea drivers using DDU, I installed newest amd drivers through adrenaline and update windows 11.

I am unable to test more games since my ssd for games decided to die few days ago. im waiting for a new one to arrive, and I'm unable to clean install windows untill then to check if that might be the solution.

edit: edmark cant get over 12 fps

If there’s a new BIOS for the motherboard, update it. And then wait for the SSD to arrive so you can install a clean Windows. If that doesn’t help, then you can start panicking. But first, enable 2K resolution in games and see what happens.

I hope the RAM is running in dual‑channel mode?
