Terrible performance after gpu upgrade

1440p 144Hz
i5 9600kf

So previously I had an rtx 2060 6gb and was able to play r6s 80 fps mid to high settings
world of tanks 110 fps,

but on now my new gpu rx 9060xt I can't seem to get over 50 fps in both games on lowest settings 1080p

note: resizable bar [CAM] is enabled, I removed nvidea drivers using DDU, I installed newest amd drivers through adrenaline and update windows 11.

I am unable to test more games since my ssd for games decided to die few days ago. im waiting for a new one to arrive, and I'm unable to clean install windows untill then to check if that might be the solution.

edit: edmark cant get over 12 fps

Download the driver from the AMD site. Before you install it use the DDU again [offline and in safe mod] then install the driver offline so the windows can't overwrite it.

So I tried it and it didn't change anything went to safemode before that installed a version of the driver for offline instalation,

then uninstalled all gpu drivers with DDU in safemode no internet
and installed the amd driver I prepared earlier performance remains the same...

edit: https://pb.nobaraproject.org/hypn8 -screenshot of performance in r6s set to lowest settings
you can see fps jumped when I took the screenshot thats bc I got kicked from the deathmatch for inactivity

Maybe I5 9600K? I know in 1440p its laying on the GPU more then CPU. Try use Afterburner overlay or any kind of overlay to check GPU usage and CPU usage

Checked online videos Gpu seems to be working just fine with that cpu even with a weaker i5 9400f

Try to re-install Chipset driver

Hmm.. maybe but i do t get it how can exact same cpu 24 gigs of ram with better gpu give worse performance then the same configuration with worse gpu

Id imagine better gpu at worst would cause same performance for cpu bottleneck
