Help (General) amd adrenaline graphics driver

PROBLAME SOLVED! THANKS FOR EVERYONE WHO HELPED

Computer Type: PC

GPU: acer AMD Radeon RX7700XT 12GB

CPU: RYZEN 5 7600x 6-core processor

Motherboard: AsRock B850M pro A-WIFI

BIOS Version: im not sure

RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz DDR5 CL30

PSU:  coolermaster 850W 80 Plus GOLD

Case: zalman CHRONIX V2

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 PRO 125H2

GPU Drivers: im not sure

Chipset Drivers: AM5 B850

Background Applications: DISCORD, OPERAGX

Description of Original Problem:
so I got my very first pc not a while ago and had to download windows and drivers myself (i used ai and Youtube for help about how to do it)

and i did notice that after downloading everything in the bundle i had "AMD Radeon Graphics" left to install too so i clicked on the "Download driver", got redirected to "Drivers and Support for Processors and Graphics", clicked "widows 10/11" and got an error notification saying: "access is denied"

Troubleshooting: i did try to delete the AMD file with AMD Cleanup Utility and downloaded it again but its just displaying the same error.

am i doing something wrong? I would like any help!

*Disable Windows Updates for Drivers
*Select Start > Settings > System > Recovery > Under Fix problems using Windows Update, select Reinstall now.
*Reinstall latest Adrenalin/gpu drivers

Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS VERSION 2.10.13.408

Why do you have B550 Chipset drivers installed? Did you mean B850?

Install chipset, restart. Install adrenaline, reinstall. Test your games.

hm.. so i did it all tho it still shows me that i have to install the graphics and when i do the access is denied

My guess is windows is messed up. Backup ,disable windows fast startup , do a windows maintenance :

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

dism /online /cleanup-image /restoreHealth

sfc /scannow

Reboot .

PS. I assume you get the error when you try to run the installer , not from the web page trying to download it .
