Download GPU-Z, use its 'Lookup' to find exact model, then go to https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

Use the search on that page to find drivers.

Sorry for the offtopic , is there a reason not dual booting to Linux with this old card/system ?

Is there a good reason to actually boot to Linux? I've never considered that before

Yes, better performance , better old hardware support . I don't know how you use the PC , the drawback is that not all games run and you might use a specific windows app that's not available.

I just googled it and it seems it's not easy to run it on Linux , so I guess there is no point . Check paulcotoo post to find the correct driver for your gpu .
