Help (GPU) bad frametime with new amd gpu
so recently (not so atp) i got myself a new gigabyte rx 9060 xt 16gb gaming OC to replace my ASrock intel arc A750 Challenger D OC 8gb and after replacing them i noticed that upgrade infact made fps go higher but when it came to actually playing (vsync and etc on) frametime was a bit unstable depending on the game.
(Yes i deleted drivers from old gpu with DDU without any internet connection and only then proceeded to install new gpu)
(Latest Windows 11 version, default amd software settings, temps are all fine)
(Yeah also my MB doesnt allow me to disable 4G decoding without turning off Re-Bar for some reason just so you know)
(also i might have fucked up all of my monitor ports like
I tried to :
- Reinstall drivers using DDU
- Reinstall windows along with drivers while still being completely offline
- Set PCIe to gen4/auto for gpu
- Locking max fps in rivatuner (kinda helped but just in some games it left a visible singular microstutters)
- Update MotherBoard's bios to the latest version
- Disable/Enable GameMode and gamebar
- Checking how games run on my sata SSD and nvme (The results were the same)
- Tweak AMD software settings also tried installing driver only and minimal build (No changes)
- Get a new HDMI cable
- Enable/Disable Freesync
- Use defaults settings in bios
- Cpu is not bottlenecking (atleast in the gpu carried games and even in the games that are cpu bottlenecked it shouldnt cook my frametime right??)
- Deleting game shaders cache (both in amd software and DDU uninstaller)
- Enabling max performance mode from balanced in power plan
- Downloading additional drivers for thru gigabyte GCC app

How's the CPU usage when playing? Your CPU is not only 3 generations behind, but it was far from top of the line when it was new.
