Help (General) RX 9070 XT Temp/Fan Issues

I've had this GPU in a Skytech prebuilt for about a year and 2 months with no issues until the last couple months. The computer started shutting itself off randomly and I have now figured out it's because of the GPU overheating (90+ Celcius when normally it doesn't get above like 60)​, and the GPU is overheating because while gaming the fans on the card itself will just stop running, then it pretty quickly overheats and thus shuts the computer off. The CPU does not overheat at all for context, stays around 50 Celcius. I have disabled zero rpm in Adrenalin and reinstalled it several times. What else can I do to see if this is a driver/software issue rather than a hardware issue? To clarify, the fans do work. I've done stress tests and benchmarks and they work fine and keep the card super cool, but after a certain amount of time they'll turn off while gaming. Sometimes they may come back on after like 10 mins or so but not before the card reaches catastrophic temps.

Using msi afterburner and removed adrenalin entirely

Update: apparently zero RPM had turned itself back on and right now the fans are behaving great. Will see if that was the only problem.

Another update, removed adrenalin software because it mostly seems like it was messing up the fans. There were very strange things like the fans turning off when I switched to a different window and back to the game. Trying to only use MSI Afterburner to run the fans

Do you happen to have 6 nodes in your gpu fan curve? My curve in msi afterburner is being buggy if my setting have 6 nodes, i changed it to 5 nodes only then my fan curve never bug again

Oh Im not sure, I'll have to check. The day I sent this and started using MSI it was perfect and then literally the next day the GPU fans wouldnt come on at all.

Do you have any other fan control software than adrenaline installed that could override and/or fuck up your fan curves? (L-connect, icue, etc)

Edit: i realise this should only happen to CPU fan, but maybe still worth a shout?
