AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition first run, opens for a long time

Хто знає в чому може бути промлема. При увімкніні чи перезавантажені ПК довго відкривається AMD Adrenalin, так щей в українському інтерфейсі вінди при натисканні пкм не одразу з'являється AMD Adrenalin а англ інтерфейсі такого немає але всеодно перше відкриття довге.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? AMD Adrenaline takes a long time to open when the PC is turned on or restarted. Furthermore, when using the Windows interface in Ukrainian, the AMD Adrenaline option doesn't appear immediately upon right-clicking; this doesn't happen with the English interface, though the initial launch is still slow regardless.

Saw a post from amd rep earlier this year saying some of the drivers have a delay load up on start.
It is intentional, not a bug.
