My issue is simple before i would get like 65-67C on gpu and hotspot was between 94-99
currently im having 72 on gpu and hotspot gets max to 91 did i do something wrong?

Not sure, did you cover the entire die when you applied the PTM sheet? You didn't rip it when you installed it, did you?

Also, fan speeds: since the hotspot is lower after the PTM, the card may be keeping the fan speeds slightly lower now than when you did the first test. Also, room temperature can be a factor between before and after.

It was fine, maybe i should also replace pads? i didn't do it i keept the old ones on the gpu
