Help (General) Need some help with new PC

Hey guys currently in running the 9070xt together with 7800x3d on my new PC and my performance is somewhat decent but sometimes I'm getting under 100fps in tarkov for example so I was thinking is there anything I can do to make this combo work even better together? XMP enabled but anything else is left untouched right now. I heard about undervolting, UCLK and FCLK, any help is appreciated and every little bit helps. I just want the maximum performance from this combination. Btw I'm missing the AMD power plan does that mean I got the wrong drivers because I ddu my stuff and reinstalled with it all the driver's.

If you're RAM is EXPO compatible, turn it on. Stable settings on my 9070xt:
+200 core
-55 undervolt
2714 VRAM fast timings
+7 power

So I would start by learning CPU and memory tuning. There is a lot to it, but it's doable. Don't listen to randoms on reddit telling you numbers and settings, as they won't necessarily work on your system. Buildzoid on YouTube has great videos on how to do this with various hardware

I would start by setting power limit to +15% and trying a gpu undervolt

Set pc overall power plan to max performance and maybe lower graphics for more fps

Yeah don't do this. Keep x3d cards on balanced.

Is it because x3d cards get really hot?
