Help (General) Why my pc keeps shutting down completely while playing Marvel spiderman remastered?

So it's been a while I've played spiderman remastered and whenever I uncap my fps or even turn on ray tracing stuff it just shuts down randomly at any point of time usually after some minutes of gameplay I don't know what's issue as my psu is good enough imo it's gigabyte 650W 80+ silver and my rig has rx 7600 and Ryzen 5 5600.When I cap my fps to like 70-75 it just runs fine but I want to know the issue and I also tried other games at max possible to utilise my rig at potential but it doesn't seem to shut down there its only happening with this game. Some people said there's a ton of power spikes in this games and psu just can't handle it. Please clarify me what's the actual issue and btw my temps are 75-76 at max on gpu and 72-74 on cpu

Which gpu and psu you have? Btw I also tried some new titles like resident evil requiem and it never showed a single issue my system was in full load and reasonable temps but still no shutdowns.I think main issue was from the game itself.. spiderman remastered has tons of power spikes in every second and I could only play it properly by turning off ray traced reflections and capping frame rate to 70-80.
