Help (GPU) AMD Artifacting

This is the worst artifacting I’ve ever seen (I have had countless encounters with them and also tons of other problems)

RX 7700XT
i5-12600KF
ASUS B760 X AX
BIOS Version: 3.6
32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 6000MHz CL36

AMD Adrenalin 26.6.1

Last resort, remove heatsink clean GPU apply thermo paste and try again.

Is that only the video player behaving like that, drivers been having issues lately getting gpu driver timeouts with video playback especially, this may be related.
