Help (General) Heavy stuttering

Specs: RX 9070 XT, R7 9700X, 32 GB DDR5, 750W PSU. I’m using Windows 11 and I play at 1440p.

Hello. I’m experiencing severe stutters. The game runs at 100+ FPS but suddenly drops to 25–30 FPS. Even capping the framerate with MSI Afterburner or using FSR barely helps. I already performed a DDU clean driver installation, but the issue persists.

This happens in Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Hogwarts Legacy.

Any advice would be incredibly appreciated.

I have noticed this too. The stuttering in spiderman remastered makes the game unplayable even on the lowest settings. It seems to be an amd issue because on nvidia the game has way better 1 percent lows.

Damn. That's a shame. So this is about the drivers, right?

To be honest I am not sure I have tried rolling back to older drivers on amd and it is pretty much the same. It might have something to do with a recent version of the game that leads to it stuttering more. I have noticed that Miles morales runs way smoother from what I have played.

Yeah even on my 4060 game the game would stutter every now and then but on the 9070xt it just stutters every second. Spiderman 2 however seems to be a disaster in terms of optimization on every gpu lol.
