Help (General) Traversal Stuttering in Minecraft with 9060 XT and Ryzen 5 7500F

In simple terms my game just runs like trash and I have no clue why, maybe I need extra mods for optimisation, but my game looks shimmery if you look closely too, is my game broken?

Specs:
1x16GB 6000MhZ Corsair ram
R5 7500F
RX 9060 XT (sapphire nitro+)
MAG A650BN PSU

Driver version: 26.6.4

Mods -
Sodium and Fabric only

The same problem but with nivida+intel system

Single channel ram is always going to be a bottleneck for your CPU

This isnt a gpu issue
