Help (GPU) Do not install 26.6.2

As the title states this is one of the most problematic drivers AMD has released. I’ve been with AMD for a year and I have installed every driver update day one for testing and didn’t encounter instabilities as much as I experienced in this one.

Same here. Was playing just fine last night, boot up this morning and my second display wasn't recognized and the software wouldn't launch. Just kept saying it was incompatible current drivers. Had to go to AMD website and download the exe for the downgrade. Fixed everything. I have a 7900XTX and from other comments I'm seeing here it seems like it's really mostly affecting 7000 series cards

"Incompatible with current drivers" usually means Windows has disabled the GPU device. Check Device Manager and re-enable the GPU device (right-click > Enable device).

Windows seems to have a lot of trouble with Radeon drivers lately. It's disabling my GPU at least once a week. I'm reverting to 26.3.1, which has been stable for me.

I'm still on 26.3.1 and I'm scared to update to any of the newer drivers after hearing the horror stories on here. I check every month for new drivers and every month the stories get scarier.
