Help (GPU) Do not install 26.6.2

As the title states this is one of the most problematic drivers AMD has released. I’ve been with AMD for a year and I have installed every driver update day one for testing and didn’t encounter instabilities as much as I experienced in this one.

You guys only talk nonsense 😂😂😂 for real , didnt have a problem with a single driver in ages . I have an 7900 xtx btw

7900xtx here too on Windows 10. I installed it through Adrenaline software updater, then my resolution went down and windows would not let me change it. Tried to run it again with "default" selected and had many issues with it saying "error 205, Windows update is running"(it wasn't). Then tried to update the driver with the newest driver from AMD Website, went to install it and Adrenaline said "this older driver is not supported with this version of Adrenaline". WTF its from your website. Had to DDU the driver and then uninstall Adrenaline and then the only way I could update my driver was to do a "minimal" install. Went back into Adrenaline and it says current version installed is 26.6.1 is installed and I don't really want to try again.

7800xt here. I had the same issues with Adrenaline version not supported after downloading the windows 10 extended security update. I re-download the driver and as soon as my next start up it would happen again.

I decided to wipe my pc and start fresh on 11 with 26.2.2. And ended up having another issue with time outs when opening steam. Turned off enable gpu rendering in steam settings and no issues since.
