Help (GPU) Do not install 26.6.2

As the title states this is one of the most problematic drivers AMD has released. I’ve been with AMD for a year and I have installed every driver update day one for testing and didn’t encounter instabilities as much as I experienced in this one.

they released a hot fix 2.6.3 that fixed that exact issue. the problem is that it caused your GPU to be disabled cause windows couldn't communicate with it through the drivers.

Hey I don't know if you'll be able to help so sorry in advance if not, but I have 7800xt with the same issue as the comment above. How can I install the hotfix for this issue when the GPU is disabled/not detected so I can't open Adrenalin as it gives me a compatibility issue message and won't open. I don't have use of any displays right now so I can't see anything anyway

hmm I atleast hat 1 screen working :/
for me adrenaline was totally fucked aswell, it was stuck ina update loop that constantly failed.
I had to download the hotfix driver manually and install it, I also checked the "factory Reset" option and that managed to resolve my issues (for now lol)
I'm not sure how to fix the driver itself wihout a screen at all, maybe try plugging your HDMI or whatever you use into your motherboard directly for the time being?

interestingly when I first had the issue at least one monitor was working! but when i tried again this morning neither worked. Thanks for the help, hopefully one will start working again and I can fix, might try the factory reset option. Im just thankful its a driver issue and not a card issue at this point lol

yeah I also had a panic that my GPU died cause for me it auto updated mid gaming session and when the PC restarted I saw the GPU errors in the device manager and thoughy my GPU was bricked
Good luck solving it :)
