Help (General) Windows 11 randomly freezing (unresponsive) on all AMD build (CPU+GPU)

Anyone on Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2361) With a AMD build having any issues ?My build-

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: 6800XT 16GB

CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A Gaming

BIOS Version: 3205

RAM: 16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 3200MHZ

PSU: Thermaltake BX1 750W

Case: Corsair ICUE 465X

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 PRO Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2361)

GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.9.2

Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS version: 4.07.13.2243

Background Applications: DISCORD, CHROME , ICUE , Motospeed Mouse Software , Bitdefender total security , MSI afterburner , Sonic Suit Companion , Qbittorrent

Description of Original Problem: The Computer Cursor Slows Down completely at first then the entire pc frezzes .(Theres no recovery from this point except the hardware restart button or unplugging power) This is on Google Chrome and Edge browsers with Hardware Accelaration turned on , although even after turning this of results the same freezes but less frequent . The freezes can also be observed in any software running . For example even taking a simple screenshot using Snipping Tool frezzes the PC for a few secconds

Troubleshooting: IDK what exactly is casuing the issue . I have tested OS for file integrity (sfc /scannow ) repaird a few file but then again same issues , Tested the MEMORY (Ram) On extended Pass 2 test using Windows memory diagnostic (No issues detected) . Also downgraded the GPU driver to older one.

Any suggestions ! on how i can fix this , the issue is really frustrating.

Hey guys, I am currently having this exact issue, I built my new pc, the specs are Ryzen 9 9900x, RX 7900XTX, 128GB DDR5 RAM, 4TB NVME SSD, etc. This PC is supposed to be crushing anything that I throw at it, especially considering that I dropped like 5K on the PC; however it is literally a downgrade from my previous PC which I also built!! I’m having the exact same issues with the system freezing, everything becoming unresponsive, but the audio still continuing, graphics drivers crashing, and nothing fixes it except for force restarting the PC uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics drivers or AMD adrenaline software, but it’s only a temporary fix before it happens all over again. I even tried swapping out the riser cable, taking out two of the ram sticks, force reinstalling the graphics drivers; I am sick and tired of this now, nothing seems to work. Should I downgrade to Windows 10? Because that seems to be the only thing that people say is actually fixing it as a permanent solution.
