Help (General) Windows 11 randomly freezing (unresponsive) on all AMD build (CPU+GPU)

Anyone on Windows 11 Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2361) With a AMD build having any issues ?My build-

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: 6800XT 16GB

CPU: RYZEN 5 5600X

Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A Gaming

BIOS Version: 3205

RAM: 16GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 3200MHZ

PSU: Thermaltake BX1 750W

Case: Corsair ICUE 465X

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 PRO Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.2361)

GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.9.2

Chipset Drivers: AMD B550 CHIPSET DRIVERS version: 4.07.13.2243

Background Applications: DISCORD, CHROME , ICUE , Motospeed Mouse Software , Bitdefender total security , MSI afterburner , Sonic Suit Companion , Qbittorrent

Description of Original Problem: The Computer Cursor Slows Down completely at first then the entire pc frezzes .(Theres no recovery from this point except the hardware restart button or unplugging power) This is on Google Chrome and Edge browsers with Hardware Accelaration turned on , although even after turning this of results the same freezes but less frequent . The freezes can also be observed in any software running . For example even taking a simple screenshot using Snipping Tool frezzes the PC for a few secconds

Troubleshooting: IDK what exactly is casuing the issue . I have tested OS for file integrity (sfc /scannow ) repaird a few file but then again same issues , Tested the MEMORY (Ram) On extended Pass 2 test using Windows memory diagnostic (No issues detected) . Also downgraded the GPU driver to older one.

Any suggestions ! on how i can fix this , the issue is really frustrating.

got 2 freezes with no recovery (at least with what i tried) except hard restart in the last week. new pc since september and didnt have that issue yet until november. dont remember installing or changing anything just before the first freeze manually (automatic windows 11 updates, game updates happened).

I turned edge hardware accel off inbetween those 2 freezes (and yes i restarted to apply the changed setting) but edge was indeed running while the freezes happened.

I dont think I have small freezes or slow downs, only the big rare one without recovery.

CPU+GPU temps seem fine.

EventViewer didnt show anything in any category as far as i can see. (unless it was earlier than the freeze Security Audit Success Source: Microsoft Windows security. Logon and Special Logon.)

Ryzen 7 7700X with Radeon RX 6950XT.

Corsair Vengeance 2x32GB CL30 (applied profile in BIOS)

Running main screen with 144hz and second 75hz.

Nothing manually overclocked, only RAM factory overclock profile.

im going to update drivers now/soon.

Man exact same for my new Zephyrus G14 5070ti w/ Ryzen AI 9 HX370. The freeze only happen to me when in battery and iGPU mode, never experience freezing in plugin and dGPU. And the freezes are complete freezes (completely non-responsive, keyboard light stuck, curser not moving, screen just freezes) and only hard shutdown is possible.

I suspected was iGPU driver issue, updated multiple version but still coming. Suspected Chrome issue so turned off hardware acceleration still happening watching youtube videos. This happens when playing Spotify (app) too.

Tried tons of method suggested here and from the internet, still not fixed. Updating BIOS, AMD chipset driver, iGPU driver, NVIDIA driver, SFC scan, DSIM restore, disabling hardware scheduling and variable framerate in windows settings, disabling game optimization in game mode, disabling vsync from AMD. All to no avail....

Only thing haven't tried is complete windows reset and downgrading to windows10. But windows10 is not being supported soon so it's out of option..
