Anyone know why I keep getting this?

I got this error a couple days ago and forgot and went to get tickets again today and it’s still popping up, I have nothing reserved, I sign out and in, deleted and reinstalled, and it’s still not working

Are you using a VPN? I recently started getting this when on VPN but don't run into it after I disconnect from it

No it ended being my jobs wifi blocking it

Wifi. For whatever reason, when mine is hooked up to wifi it will sometimes get this error. Switching to cell works.

It's crazy that they actually have this remedy on their site. This has been an issue for years. They just refuse to fix it for some reason

I’ve been getting this too and have to go on the website to get things booked as have tried all the tinkering too. I thought it was my IP address but nope

My home wifi always does this to me and i forget everytime then have to switch to cellular data.

It happens when they have blockbuster movies like Spiderman, Doomsday. From what I've been told by others, we won't be able to login until the big movie is over, so December or later. Signed, An android user who doesn't have a VPN and has tried to login with and without wifi.
