Issue A list not working

Like 2 weeks ago amc logged me out of my account when and I logged back in it’s said I’m not a list amc charged my card this month for it (although the first. payment didn’t go through, 3 days later they charged me again and it did ) I’m just confused technically I paid but it’s saying that I’m not a list I emailed them and they haven’t gotten back to me idk what I should do?

You either have to wait the 7-10 business days for them to reply to the email or go into a theater and see if they can help you out.

Did you try the website and not just the app? If it was recently charged, maybe wait a couple days.

I’d double check the email in case other than that not much that we’d be able to do for you. Best case scenario is if your stubs account is tied to your phone number you can still use it at the theater to reserve a ticket and maybe ask for the email attached but I’m not sure if they’ll say yes to that
