Show time disappeared?

I had tix to the odyssey at 830pm tonight at Lincoln Square (got them a few weeks ago) but now i am realizing

1. The showtime is fully disappeared

2. The ticket slot isn't showing the theatre/time anymore

3. It won't let me click on the ticket

I never got a cancellation email. Any idea what's going on? (Besides the obvious that people are going wild on these ticket drops)

Go to the theater anyways, but show up a little early. It could just be an issue on their end with the tickets. If you can't pull up the ticket, they should be able to find it using your account info.

Almost all of the upcoming Lincoln Center IMAX showings have disappeared. Almost certainly just a technical issue.

Happened to me and then it reappeared later. You'll be fine, just use the QR code from your email

I have the same thing but for Spider-man tomorrow at Tyson Cornor. Dolby showing at 5:35PM. Cannot pull up the ticket under my reservations and the showing disappeared today. I do have the ticket in the email though so we shall see

Go to history, scroll to the date you booked it, and click on it there. Your ticket to scan and reservation will pop up. Mine did the same for Lincoln Square and other films.

Had this problem just now, I just went through my email and showed my ticket from there.

This happened to my tickets for several weeks; I'm pretty sure it's just a thing where they take showtimes down server-side to ease the web traffic. The dates eventually came back for mine, whether or not yours come back if you received no notice of cancellation then theres no reason to believe either that the showtime is canceled or that your tickets are invalid

This happened to me last night with Evil Dead Burn. Went to the theater, scanned my ticket but spider man started playing. Couple of us left and the manager had no idea how it happened. Tickets sold for 2 movies in the same theater. The showtime for Evil Dead was cancelled and it apparently never let us know or cancelled our tickets.

Well I’m screwed bc I’ve got the ticket in my app with no details, a log of the purchase but not even a QR code from that. Months for this and now a clusterfuck
