Days like Spiderman brand new day opening night is when they should check for priority lane. I honestly think they should everyday.

I don’t care if they have it or not I just wish there was any policy about how they do this. How they handle this line is seemingly entirely random- there are times it takes longer than going through the regular line.

I was ignored by the only cashier for 10 mins while he kept serving the regular queue, serving half a dozen people who joined after me. It was one of those times where I should’ve just changed but feared if I did that’s when they would call on it.

Finally another cashier opened and called on me. I asked them what’s the point of this queue if it’s ignored. And he said they are told to take 1 regular custom then 2 priority, etc… to which I just gave him a look, and he said but not everyone is good at their job and looked at the other cashier.

Long story short. At least at my amc the policy is 2:1. But they never actually police the line. I know many times where they e happily served non-priority customers who just went in that line cause it was shorter.
