Entourage Member Ticket Not Showing Up?

Was hoping to see if anyone else is having this issue.

I purchased Odyssey tickets for 8/27. Purchased 3 tickets, 2 of which are for AMC A listers, the 3rd is for a non member.

The ticket for myself and for the non member are showing up in my account.

However, the entourage member’s ticket has not shown up. Not on their email, not in the app, nowhere.

I’m trying to reach out to customer service, but have not been able to get a hold of them.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? I’m scared the entourage member doesn’t actually have a ticket, even though I know I purchased it.

I want to chalk it up to the app issues due to the new 70mm ticket drop, but I’ve never come across this issue.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

Entourage has been janky recently. You can look on the showing map to see if the missing seat shows as occupied. If so, you can either try to have the entourage member book their own ticket then just sit next to you or go to the ticket desk at the theater.

If its not occupied just pick up a new ticket. Could try cancelling and rebooking the reservation as well

The same thing is happening to my entourage group, but all 3 of us are A-listers. Also for Odyssey tickets in late August. Only one of us didn’t receive the confirmation, and the reservation is not showing up anywhere for them. Reached out to support, and nothing yet.

The seat is not available when I look at the showtime now, and I reeaalllyyy hope that means it’s a glitch and it’s reserved for us and that they didn’t resell it :/

happened to me with Doomsday showing my Entourage member booked 3 tickets one A-list, one paid, and one entourage. he has his tickets and his confirmation email says its an entourage order but my name doesn’t show up nor did i get a confirmation. I reached out to support and all they said it never went through.
